Changing Password For Another User

As an organizer, you can change the password of any user, including of other organizers if you have permissions to edit users in your role.

To change the password of a user,

  1. Go to the Manage Users page
  2. Search and find the user for whom you want to change the password.
  3. Click on the 3 dots icon at right end of the row of the user, and it shall open a quick actions dropdown menu.
  4. Click on the Change Password option from the dropdown menu
  5. In the Change Password popup, enter the new password to be set for the user and confirm it by reentering it.
  6. Click on the Change Password button to save.

You may share this password with the user manually. However, this is not a temporary password, and the user will not be prompted to change their password when they login. Hence, please inform them to change their password.
