Banning Users

Organizers can ban a user from the platform, which can prevent the user from using the platform as well as remove the user from the scoreboard etc. if they were a individual participant.

Banning a Single User​

  1. Go to the Manage Users page either via navigation (Manage -> Users) or directly through the path /admin/manage/users.
  2. Search and find the user you want to ban / unban.
  3. On the right most side of the user's row in the table, you will see a 3 dots icon, click on it open the quick actions dropdown.
  4. Click on the Ban or Unban button to ban or unban the user.

Banning Multiple Users in Bulk​

  1. Go to the Manage Users page either via navigation (Manage -> Users) or directly through the path /admin/manage/users .
  2. Filter out or search users you want to ban / unban, and for each user select them by clicking on the checkbox on the left-most side of the row containing them in the table.
  3. After you have made 1 or more selections, a action bar appears on top of the table, in which on the right side you can choose the action to take. Choose ban or unban option as applicable and hit go.
