Restricting Multiple Sessions

The organizers can set the number of simultaneous logged-in sessions users can have on the platform. This can be useful if you want to restrict participants from logging-in from multiple devices or sharing credentials with outside people etc.

To setup a restriction, do as follows -

  1. Go to the Security & Privacy page from the navigation - Settings > Security & Privacy or through the direct path - /admin/settings/security.
  2. Navigate to the Security Settings section.
  3. In the Security Settings section, you will find the Enforce Single Session setting with a toggler switch, turn it on or off to restrict or allow multiple sessions.
  4. Click on the save button.

Please note these limit also apply to all organizer users as well.
