We are dedicated to providing the best possible experience for our customers and users using the Arena platform and are constantly working to improve it. Your feedback is critically valuable to us, so please don't hesitate to share any feature ideas, bug reports, or other feedback you may have.

Feature Requests

We believe that the best products are built with the help and contribution of the community. If you have an idea for a new feature, please request the feature here, describing your idea.

We use canny.io to collect feature requests. You can vote for existing feature requests or create a new one. We will review the feature requests and prioritize them based on the number of votes and the complexity of the implementation.

Bug Reports

If you find a bug, please report it here, describing the issue, the steps to reproduce it, screenshots etc. We will try to review the bug reports and fix them as soon as possible.

Security

We take security very seriously, (obviously, being a cyber-security company ourselves) and we are committed to providing a secure and private platform for our customers. We regularly perform security audits and penetration tests on our platform, we are always looking for ways to improve our security posture.
