Basic Configuration

Can the End Time of the event be changed while the event is in progress?

Yes. With appropriate permission, an organizer can change the end time of an event while the event is in progress (or any time one wants to). The change will be immediately reflected to all participants.

Infact, the end time of an event can be changed even after the event has ended. Therefore, even an expired event can be extended by changing the end time.

Security And Privacy

Can I restrict number of simultaneous logins of a user?

Yes, you can restrict a user to be logged in from only one device at a time. This is done by enabling theEnforce Single Session toggle in the Password Policy section of theSecurity Settings Page (accessible from Settings -> Security or/admin/settings/security).

When this option is enabled, a user will be logged out from all other devices when he/she logs in from a new device. This is done by invalidating all the refresh tokens of the user except the one used to login from the new device. However, since the access tokens are not invalidated, the user will not be logged out from the current device until the access token expires, which is usually a minute.

Which type(s) of Single Sign Ons' are supported?

Currently the platform only supports OAuth 2.0 based SSOs.
